Colorful, sheep wool Andean tapestry, from the town of San Pedro
de Cajas, which is world famous for its textile art. This piece
depicts beautiful Andean flowers being sold at market. Because
each piece has a unique design, you may receive a tapestry that
is not identical to the one shown in the picture, although the
design will be extremely similar. The tapestry can be
beautifully hung on the wall using two thin wood dowels or thin
wood panels stretched across the top and bottom ends of the
tapestry. An equally impressive, albeit a bit more expensive,
solution is to use a stretched wood frame. Either way, the
tapestry makes for an elegant visual centerpiece. |
